Our Journey
As a product of many challenges, adversities, and systemic barriers, Mr. Damon Williams comes with a wealth of personal experience. He has faced physical, mental, and emotional abuse, been placed in the foster care system, experienced neighborhood bullying, neglect, poverty, justice-impacted mistakes, discrimination, and many obstacles that should have caused him to give up.
However, due to his personal relationship with God, an inner determination and dedication to change for the better, Damon has been able to rise above these challenges. This has resulted in positive changes and achievements that include being business owner, food cateter, with over 60 partnerships with Colleges, Non-Profit, and for-profit businesses.
In 2025, Damon decided to combine personal, life experience, education, and communty partnerships to establish his non-profit organization, S3, Safety, Serenity & Success. We provide teenagers, families and seniors in our community a safe place to grow, the serenity to remove obstacles and the empathy, compassion and support to be succeessful.
